I LOVED that poem and the video was so fun!
Things I’m excited to do more of later & how I’m going to start integrating them now:
Touch More Lives. Being present in each moment and interaction. Reaching out and connecting with others more. Holding loving space for all those I encounter and offering encouragement and complimenting their strengths and light. Being authentic and being love. Honoring the oneness in us all.
Create More & Write More. Showing up here consistently to move forward and create each day. Continuing writing my weekly video/blog. Making book outlines and starting to show up to bring in more content.
Travel. Schedule little getaways.

November 10, 2016 at 8:51 pm #31576NICE! These are great places to start.
I’d love to hear a campfire story of a recent time where you were connected, present and in your heart and you transformed a moment or someone’s day through that gift?
If you’re inspired to brag 😉
November 11, 2016 at 3:00 am #31611Yep, gotta love what you do and do what you love. There’s no time/energy for anything else.

After closing my private in-person healing practice (of 15 years), I took a job as a special education aide (sea!!!) to help support the family financially and take the ‘how can this make money’ pressure off of the new things I wanted to create.
There are many moments I get this opportunity. Here is one from the other day.
One of the little boys I work with is more non-verbal. I really hold space and connect with eye to eye and energy communication with him. I can tell when he needs something. He gives me a look when he needs to use the bathroom or needs help or isn’t done with something yet. It’s hard to explain, but they are such amazing present moments, where communication surpasses spoken words and you feel that deeper level of connection we all share. Then when I get that smile of gratitude from listening and helping- words can’t describe how it feels to be able to help and honor someone right where they are.
This opportunity is presented to me every day, and numerous times a day. In the kids I work with. The teachers I help. My family at home. Even my pets.
It brings me into deeper awareness of connection in the moment- with the moment and the people in it.
There are times I get consumed with this urge, this calling to do something more. Then I pull myself back and see part of this something more, a LARGE part, is being present right here, right now with everything and everyone. There are so many opportunities to connect, grow and love in each and every moment. These have been so rewarding to me. So teaching to me. So valuable to me.

Well, the story that is coming to my mind now is not the one I thought would…there are so many. About a month ago, around the time of the full moon in October, my 13 year old daughter was with me for her weekend visit. I could tell something was bothering her. I gently nudged and she said…it was a very bad dream. Clowns. (Ironically in hindsight there was a red and a blue one…) Now, she knows I coach and counsel, she knows I teach people how to be calm and happier…she didn’t know I am a master at teaching 100 percent accurate dream interpretation. We did the magical process. The outcome: the clowns were only there to remind her how brave she is. (Her unconscious discovery…) and she’s been sleeping through the night peacefully ever since. Ahhhhh, the joy of sweet surprises. Let’s make S’mores now. Nothing says I love you like burnt marshmallow coated in chocolate…
