At the moment, @saramccann I’m concentrating on getting my mini course completed. Have started to upload bits and pieces on teachable.

I’m going to work on cultural births this weekend.

Hey Mars, Just reaching out to you to see how things are going? Do you need any help, support, love, encouragement? Hoping things are going well and you feel like you are making progress.

    @saramccann You gorgeous being.

I’ve put this challenge on hold and will do it next month. I have an idea for it that is growing on my mind, but I keep pushing it aside because I am having so much fun filming and editing and playing with my green screen. Plus I have some face to face workshops that need my full attention.

So I’m concentrating on getting the mini course done and launched by the end of the month. I’m also lost inside Teachable and their webinars, as well as the old coaching calls here. So all is good. It’s a bit of  a head down time.

Thank you for checking in <raises a glass of Malbec>

Ah, that is a real shame! 🙁 However, I respect your decision to know the right thing to do for you at this time and so will not try and push you to push on. It certainly sounds like you have your hands full anyway, and are full of direction and targets so it’s all good progress anyway. Head down time is sometimes essential to be able to get to the next bit. 😉

Are you finding Teachable hard to do? I only ask because I am thinking of using it to put Escape from Nicotraz on to. Being that I don’t have the tech ability to self-host it, nor the finances to buy something to host it myself. So, in my head I was thinking ‘ah, it will be easy, I’ll just stick it in there’ Now I’m thinking…’oh, hang on, maybe I need to dedicate more time to that bit than I thought!’ lol

Did you see the sandstorm yesterday!? Very eerie it was…the kids thought the apocalypse was coming! Quite an experience!

Anyway, best of luck with the face to face workshops. And cheers <raises a glass of malbec in return!>

@mars – I love that you recognize your limitations and set boundaries.  That being said, it sounds as though your life is a zoo right now!  I’m looking forward to watching your adventures in green screen.  OMG I would so love to be a fly on the wall in your house. <raises what’s remaining in the bottle of Malbec>

@saramccann – I used Teachable for that mini course and, even considering my tech limitations, I found it fairly easy to navigate.  I think you will be mostly pleased with it.  Heck, once your course is ready I’ll bet you’ll have it up and running in record time!

@saramccann Teachable is actually <whispers> rather easy, because I’m finding my way through it pretty well. You just upload stuff. My task next week is to nail automaton. We didn’t have a sandstorm down south, but the sky was amazing. The air felt weird though. People seemed anxious to be home. Picked up another booking for my London course yesterday. So that was good.

@laurakoller My life is always a zoo. lol I’m the mother of 5 and apparently age doesn’t mean they need you less. <opens fresh bottle and hands out clean glasses>

You have 5!?! Wow! Hats off to you amazing lady! <slumps to the floor> possibly in shock at Mars’s amazingness but more likely due to one too many Malbec’s.

<picks Sara off of floor> I do indeed @saramccann and today I lose a day’s filming because 2nd child is graduating today. So I’m off to Winchester Cathedral. So rather than practising my green screen, I’ll be whooping and cheering as my daughter collects her degree.

Probably going to drink fizz, rather than Malbec, later.

Woohoo – way to go 2nd child! And Winchester Cathedral too, I bet you had a blast! So thrilled for you and her – that’s amazing and a fantastic proud Mammy moment!

Ah, go on then, I’ll have a glass of fizz too and join your celebrating (when does a geordie ever say no to more booze!;) )

Managed to film one today, about to head and do another one before the shopping arrives and the hoards demand food.

Oooh! Well done! I don’t know how you find the time, juggling all that you do! Do we get to see the finished video?

But of course @saramccann This whole course is coming to being because of you wonderful mountaineers. Besides… no one else will be honest about it. My friend’s will love it because it’s mine. I’ll love it because it’s mine. You’ll all say.. change the audio, update the music, stop squinting and you’ll have the most amazing product.

I’m currently signed up to zapier and drip – the free plans. By the time I get the 100 subscribers that would cause me to pay, I should have written the paid course. <one can but dream> Hopefully they will do what I want them to do, or I will delete them and keep it all super super simple. That would make me sad as I’ve crafted some, in my opinion, gorgeous brief emails.
