    Hi, I’m Kristina Eisenhower.

What I do is teach mindfulness, yoga and English language at a Japanese university.

The kind of eCourse I’m stoked to create is one that integrates these 3 “practices” to empower students to embrace and enjoy the experience of education, and “the TIME of their lives”.

What I’m looking for in an “Add Venturer” is a curious, creative spirit, ebullient and eager to share inspiring, authentic advice and assistance.

Please reach out if you feel you might be someone I could call a fellow PGS (Personal Greatness Seeker)! Let’s go from grateful to greatfull together!

    Hello Kristina,

I would love to buddy up!

I had to leave the course for circumstantial reasons (being on an organic farm with no internet miles from anywhere for a few months) but am looking to restart and find some-one to share mutual support and enthusiasm. I love the motivation for your course, and resonate with it. I am both a Taoist practitioner and teacher of meditation and also some-one who quite recently experienced 4 years at university as a student :-).

    Blessings

    Calliope
