Something good came from the rant I wrote yesterday, but never posted. I remembered my first encounter with the idea of using experience as a business model. Changed the way I thought.

The book is called “The Experience Economy” by Pine & Gilmore. I highly recommend reading the first half (four chapters I believe). The second half gets deeper into implementation.
