    THE BALANCE CODE
How to find Physical, Emotional and Spiritual Abundance, and Enjoy Life To The Fullest

alright guys so I think I have finally picked a name for my course. I skipped this part and moved ahead awhile ago and have finally returned to it. I really like this name as I feel it really incorporates what I want to do with my course.
My course is about giving people tools on how to start living a healthy lifestyle through focusing on the Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual aspects of our lives. I want to show that each aspect is equally important and that we cannot ignore any aspect or our lives will fall out of balance.
I may play with the subtitle a bit as I am not 100% convinced on it.
Let me know what you guys think of the title and subtitle please and thanks. Appreciate any feedback!! 🙂

    Congratulations Rodolfo,

I absolutely love the name, “The Balance Code”. On its own it might be confusing but as long as the tag is right next to it then it is great. I particularly like the use of the word code. It makes me think that there is a secret code to learn and once I have it then I can reach these goals.

As for the tag line, I read it a few times and it grew on me each time. It is a touch long but it is also very clear. I tried to come up with a few suggestions for changes but I liked your better then anything I came up with.

    Cheers,

Yep, I’m with Chris.  Love The Balance Code.  (NEED the balance code lol)

Remind me again what your theme is. I think your current tagline is good, but I think knowing that might help with some other ideas.

Thanks Chris I really love the word code too. Adds that extra urgency or mystery to it like you said.

Deanna my theme is about the student going on a quest similar to this adventure or to “el camino” to find themselves again. Or maybe now to find balance in their lives. It will mostly be filmed “outdoors” ( green screen ) and the end of their journey will be when they arrive at their inner temple. The different modules will take them through the 4 aspects of the course and show the importance of each with a final module showing the importance of having balance in the the 4 areas.
After having completed the course I want people to feel like they are now ready to take on whatever life throws at them and to have the tools to move forward in their lives.

Thanks for the feedback. Much appreciated!!

Many figurative uses (such as hang in the balance, late 14c.), are from Middle English image of the scales in the hands of personified Justice, Fortune, Fate, etc.
balance (v.) Look up balance at Dictionary.com

Curious which definition best describes your mission?

As for the tagline, I agree. It needs to be tightened up.

“How to find Physical, Emotional and Spiritual Abundance, and Enjoy Life To The Fullest”

If you were to describe the total end result of having completed the course, what would you say?

Don’t worry about the first part (the HOW), tell me WHAT in as few words as possible. Choose the most potent, precise words possible.

For the definition I would definitely pick #2 – 2.
a condition in which different elements are equal or in the correct proportions.
This would definitely be what I am going for. Different elements that are equal and need to be treated equally in order to get the most out of life.

As for the end result I would say..

They’ll have the right tools and knowledge to create abundance in life. Maybe tagline could be ” How to live an abundant life” or ” Creating Abundance through simplicity” or “Creating Abundance Through Balance”

Let me know what you think. Thanks.

Rodolfo, can you drill down the end result further?  It still sounds a bit general. How will their life change once they have abundance and balance? What does that look like in daily life?

When they get “stuck” they will know how to deal with it, when life happens they will know how to stay positive and move forward. They will be more proactive instead of reactive or in other words they will be creating instead of reacting to what is handed to them. They will be more clear and focused and will feel better and have more energy.
They will not feel helpless and like life is happening to them. They will feel more confident in going through life and knowing they can handle whatever comes their way. They will be empowered to go for their dreams.

    Thanks Deanna!!

I’m wonderin if you could somehow work the elements into each of the weeks. Perhaps a different element for each practice. Earth = Body, etc…

    This is exciting rodolfo!
