Hello – this last video on transformative approaches really made me stop and re-evaluate the work I had done.  I started the old incarnation of this course and was really struggling keeping motivated.  I had a big plan all mapped out to transition an in person 3-4 day workshop into this on-line version.  Watching the video and really reflecting on the difference between version 1 of this course and this version . . . . I am needing to transform my own approach to my work.

As far as what I want to offer as a transformation in other people – I want to empower them.  I want encourage them to trust their own self, to realize that they have so many gifts themselves, that it is about what we each have to offer combined as a whole that is important.

Cristin, I do mostly 1- to 4-day in-person workshops. What I’ve come to realize is that in shaping online materials I need to come at the process from an entirely different angle. It’s an interesting challenge!
