If you have troubles getting your Evernote Journal set-up and Checkpoints imported, just let us know and we’d be happy to help you out.

Just an FYI – I discovered that Evernote Touch – the one that comes standard on Windows 8 touchscreen computers  – is a pain in the butt to get to accept the file you have for import.  I downloaded the actual version and it worked like a charm and now I can access it from all devices.  I am not sure what the glich or trick is but getting the desktop version was the quick fix.    Cristin

Thanks for letting us know @cristin_olafsson. I tagged @andyfreist in this message to so he knows as well.

I am using my iPhone and I can’t get the journals to do anything in Evernote or izip. Izip says the file type is unsupported and all I get in Evernote is the image I’m attaching.

    Hi Carlene,

You must first import the notes on a desktop version of Evernote – there is no import option in the iphone or tablet versions. Once you import the Checkpooint Journal entries, then you can access them from your iphone since Evernote syncs across all your devices 🙂

Let me know if you need any more help!
