    Hi @bradleytmorris,

    Thank you.

Sue posted another video today that is also good. Excited about that.

I created a 25 minute Instant Teleseminar presentation for potential licensees, and the link is posted to the page that explains the licensing opportunity. It lives at http://www.bit.ly/deeperservice.

We all got back from the conference on  August 5.  I’ve noticed an uptick of views of this page since then.

    8/7  20 views

    8/8  45 views

    8/9  11 views

There were only 88 eligible advisors who attended so we ARE getting some viewership/readership from this audience in the early going.

We get to present LIVE and ON VIDEO to the whole group on August 24 with the endorsement of Sheryl Garrett and her COO Justin.  That will be done using GoToWebinar.   I think that will be a key moment in time for us to engage, answer questions, and get folks off the fence and into our camp.

In the meantime, I have reached out personally to all the interested folks by personal email and offered a calendar link to make booking private time with me convenient/easy for all.  Hopefully, I’ll get some takers.  It feels like ‘vacation season’ for a lot of folks so I am trusting that all will work out well for all of us in perfect timing.

The conference organizers gave us the email list of ALL conference guests so I am pondering how to best reach out to them to engage a conversation.  I think I’ll let my mind wander about that for a few days as I am just a little tired from all this activity and travel.

In other news, I saw a media query on Help a Reporter Out that would be perfect for you. You can respond to the email address noted by the deadline.  You have to first join http://www.helpareporter.com to have a free account.  Might be something to consider.  I’ll post it below.

    Deadline: 7:00 PM EST – 12 August

    Query:

Our Thought Leaders in Online Education (TLOE) blog is a
follow-up to our highly successful Thought Leaders series (TLBD,
TLCC, TLMS). In TLOE, we interview thought leaders in the
educational technology/online education sectors — whether they
are entrepreneurs building great companies, product/user
experience designers building great products, deans at colleges
and universities, or executives at large companies with unique
perspectives on how the education industry is evolving. We
    discuss trends, disruptions, entrepreneurial opportunities,
monetization models, challenges, socio-cultural impact and much
more in a seven-part series. This blog is part of the One
Million by One Million global initiative, whose aim is to help a
million entrepreneurs reach $1 million in annual revenue. 1M/1M
has syndication relationships with many venues: HBR, Xconomy,
SmallBizTrends, EconomicTimes (India), Women 2.0, Mashable,
Huffington Post, Business Insider, ReadWriteWeb, and several
other sites. Articles we develop through these interviews often
get repackaged for the syndication partners. The 1Mby1M blog was
named by Forbes in the Top 100 Blog for Entrepreneurs
(http://onforb.es/1a6RkOs) and among the top 100 influencers on
the topic of cloud computing. Indicate in your pitch the revenue
level, as we use this as a qualification criterion for selecting
entrepreneurs to profile. We don’t necessarily have to publish
this number in the actual story. Our audience is extremely
sophisticated, so the conversation needs to be equally
    interesting.

Here is the latest YouTube Video endorsement from Sue Ferreria.

I appreciate your support very much!

    Just a quick update.

We have signed on four new licensees of Life Goes on Roadmap and have until August 31, 2018 to welcome a few more who choose to get on board at the early adopter price that expires this Friday.

Wells Fargo Wealth Advisors has kicked our idea up to the Life Services Department to take a closer look.   This could be a promising opportunity for us to sell a license to an entire organization at the same time.  The decision maker recognizes the need for a product such as ours and has personal experience dealing with ‘real life’ stuff with his family and his parents. The advocacy is coming from a real, authentic place of service.   Very encouraged by that.

So glad to be keeping this journal because it’s a great way to see the progress that has been made in a relatively short period of time.

We still have a lot more ground to cover to make the kind of impact we intend to, and we’ll keep at it.

This is sooo awesome Nancy. Licensing is such an exciting business model to bring into the mix. There is such huge income potential from it. And easy money too. Once the licensing relationships are established. Good luck with Wells Fargo!

    Hi Bradley,

We welcomed 11 new licensees this week!   Feels like powerful validation.  Another advisor who has 300 advisors who sit at the feet of his wisdom and I are talking in the morning.

Turns out one of our Road Trippers recommended our offering to him, and he wants to know more about it.  I love when word travels on our behalf, even before we meet.  All this PR we’ve been doing is paying off.

I had a group of gals over to my house tonight to mastermind.  One of them works for a huge broker/dealer with a very cumbersome compliance department.  She took me aside and asked if she could write me a check for the Early Adopter fee tomorrow so she could get in at the better rate.   Who knows how long compliance is going to take to review it, but she wants IN anyway.

It is such a revelation to have people coming to me, credit cards in hand (or checks as the case may be) and asking to do business with me.

After pushing a rock up a hill for a good long time in the mentoring/coaching space — and doing pretty well financially despite the difficulties — this new endeavor is proving so much easier and more rewarding.

All this singular focus has been working for me.  I am leaning in for more of same as we grow.

Thanks for cheering me on!   I appreciate it.

    Hi Laura Koller,

Thank you for cheering me on.  Today I signed my first licensee in CANADA!

Someone I met at a live event in Vancouver took a look at our hot off the press demonstration notebook for potential licensees in mid-July.  She suggested a few edits we could make so our system could also serve the market in Canada.  She said nice things about the system and also said it wasn’t right for her for some reason.

Turns out she liked it well enough to recommend it to the fellow who said YES today!  And I negotiated with him to help us make those edits to make the system even more relevant for his Canadian clients.

Last night another gal who is jazzed about the system asked if she could write a check to hold her Early Adopter Pricing because her compliance department is slow as molasses, and she doesn’t want their lack of speed to cost her money.   She is delivering a check sometime today.

It’s crazy how folks are ASKING TO GET ON BOARD.

    Hardly any selling is required.

My big goal is to welcome 100 new licensees by the end of this year and 1000 more in 2018.

Aiming high and practicing singular focus.

    F O C U S

    Focus on completion until successful.

That is my mantra, and off I go!

Today is October 11, and I am updating my progress log with the latest unfoldings here at Life Goes on Roadmap.  This journal is a great way to look back and also look forward.

    • We are leading our final LIVE Life Goes on Roadmap™ Virtual Road Trip on October 13, 2018.  So far, we have 80 families registered to participate.  This is TWICE the number of registrations we welcomed since we did this last time on June 23, 2018.
    • We are now “seeding” the invitation to enroll in a Retirement Readiness Check Up during our Ready Set Go Prep Call. We tried it last night, and someone already signed up — even before taking the road trip we have planned for Saturday.   Those are four-figure engagements so that is encouraging for us.
    • We now have a Life Goes on Roadmap™ YouTube channel to which expert interviews, webinars, and video news releases are posted, and we have 27 subscribers in the super early going.
    • I’ve been interviewed by a few experts in the “care giving, women over 50, and Love Your Life to Death” niche from Great Britain, Australia, and Canada — and Florida.  They love our product and have signed on as affiliates.   The video interviews should post to our YouTube channel any day now.  Word is spreading.
    • We’ve built a list of 2916 opt in subscribers to date who are benefiting from our free gift and being nurtured with our auto responder sequence.
    • We’ve created a course that financial advisors can enroll in to get continuing education credits to maintain their CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional designation and will be submitting it to the CFP Board of Standards in January for their approval.  When they give us the green light, we can pitch ourselves as speaker/trainers to financial conferences and Financial Planning Associations across America.  Most of them pay to fly their speakers to their chapters and also pay a fee for the training.  The opportunity to demonstrate our expertise before a targeted, engaged group of advisors will certainly lead to more interest in our licensing opportunity.
    • Our Facebook ad campaign is bringing us new leads every day. The cost per lead is averaging about $1. The ad has lots of social proof — a relevance score of 10, 101 likes/hearts, 57 comments, and 123 shares so far.
    • We are flying to Philadelphia next week to be sponsors of the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors Fall Conference where 400+ fee only financial advisors will be in attendance.  We intend to share our licensing opportunity with them to add to our stable of awesome licensees.
    • LPL — the largest broker/dealer in the USA has approved our Life Goes on Roadmap™ system for personal financial information organization for use by its advisors.  One of them is a licensee, and she wants to introduce us to others. This could open big doors.  We are super excited about this.
    • Wells Fargo Wealth Advisors has kicked our system upstairs to the Life Services Group for closer examination as a tool their advisors could add to their toolkit in service to their clients.

The video interviews should post to our YouTube channel any day now.
    • I need to connect with “bigger fish” who have established lists and who also understand how to promote products powerfully as JV/affiliate partners.
    • We’ve built a list of 2916 opt in subscribers to date who are benefiting from our free gift and being nurtured with our auto responder sequence.

We did a post card mailing to all 400 advisors ahead of time to create a favorable first impression, and we’ve been getting phone calls and emails from advisors saying things like, “Finally, someone who knows how to do trade show marketing right.  You’ll be swamped at the conference.”  That has been validating.
    • LPL — the largest broker/dealer in the USA has approved our Life Goes on Roadmap™ system for personal financial information organization for use by its 16,000 advisors.
    • We really want to invite these kinds of ENTERPRISE LEVEL partners/licensees and are thinking differently to see how we can bring them about.
    • We should have a newly upgraded page to describe our licensing opportunity that looks more buttoned up and world class as soon as October 12.  The current page lives at http://www.bit.ly/deeperservice.   If you want to go big, you’ve gotta look the part, so step by step we go.
    • We’ve set up an online learning portal for our 10 newest licensees and have conducted two marketing Q&A calls so far with excellent engagement.
    • We set up a physical product for our system that now ships directly to consumers from our fulfillment house when folks order it online.  The product is also posted on the Amazon Marketplace for additional credibility and to be seen by more eyeballs.
    • We’ve been working on our message quite a bit and finding out what lands for people.  It’s an ongoing process.
    • We would love to welcome 90 more licensees before we welcome 2019. We know we’ll meet hundreds of them at the NAPFA conference.
    • We welcome referrals to financial advisors and CPA’s who can consider our system as one they would be proud to license and brand as their own.
    • We’ll be promoting Life Goes on Roadmap™ as a thoughtful holiday gift to share with family members to give everyone something to talk about via press release and other means.
    • Anyone interested in taking a closer look at what we’ve cooked up can visit http://www.authenticvisibility.com/roadmap and make their purchases there.  A $100 savings on the physical product shipped to the doorstep is valid through 10-13-18!
    • That’s the update for now.
    • Aiming high and intending for the best!

    @nancyj

A couple good things happened today.

    1)  The National Association of Personal Financial Advisors – NAPFA – invited us to offer a member’s only benefit to purchase a Life Goes on Roadmap license at a member preferred rate.  They have 3300+ members who are fee only Certified Financial Planner Professionals — our ideal audience.  They will do a solo email and several shared ezines/eblasts throughout the year in exchange for the benefit of offering preferred pricing to their members.

    2)   Wells Fargo Wealth Advisors signed a Non Disclosure  Agreement so that their compliance department can review Life Goes on Roadmap as a tool for all of its 9000+ advisors to use with their clients.  We should know more in a few weeks.   The person reviewing the information has a mom contending with cancer so this system is of interest to her personally, in addition to being of interest in service to advisors throughout the company.

    3)  I figured out a good solution with our Fulfillment House to make it a whole lot easier for our licensees to get their products set up so they can ramp up faster.   This has been a burr in my side for a while, and finally, today was the day that I suggested a solution that all parties are happy with.  Breathing a lot easier about this now, and already I am getting ‘thank you’ notes from licensees who know that I have their back.

    4)  I made a pitch to the Bellevue Police Officers Guild about our product and also reached out to a former client who is a veteran who happens to be married to a very influential person in the army.   Military members put their lives in harm’s way every day and especially when they are deployed.  Many forget to get their lives in order before they depart.  She suggested a host of ways to reach out to the military that may be worthy of consideration.  She and her hubby are going to review the product first, and we’ll circle around in a few weeks to brainstorm about it.

    5)  I also made a pitch to a marketing executive at a leading insurance agency after reading a newsletter sent to me by an insurance agent I’ve been working with for 32 years.  The ezine said how important it is to prepare for emergencies, but it didn’t get specific about how.  I suggested our system as a good solution.  He suggested I reach out to the marketing executive and offered his name.  Most folks sell insurance and then don’t do much after the sale, aside from sending ezines.  What if they offered our system as a ‘thank you’ gift for doing business with them so they leave the meeting with more than signed paperwork for premiums to be paid forever and have a tool they can use that will come in handy if ever they need to make a claim.  We’ll see what this attempt to connect brings forth.

I just sent out 5 ships a day consistently.  Sometimes they come back bearing fruit.  Sometimes they don’t.  I can only control what I do and not the response, so I suit up and do my best just about every day and believe that this is all going to be great, no matter what.
