    Hi fellow adventurers,

This has been a long time coming…. I’ve been a bit stuck and overwhelmed for a while so feel great to be moving on up the mountain again. More clarity coming too.

Sorry it’s a little long at 9 mins but it is a bit of a one take wonder as it felt more important to get it done. If you listen to the end I applaud you and you get a gold medal, I’d give you some Bajillion but I’m kind a low on the Bajillion front, working on it though. Thanks for listening, connecting and supporting. xx

Oh and I realised that I filmed with my phone the wrong way round too, hence the black bands down either side. Steep mountain learning curve! Lol

Sharon, so good to see you on camera. It builds such a better connection than just text.

Glad you’ve persevered and gotten back on the trail. Love that you’re getting clearer, more focused and excited.

Remember to keep breathing, smiling and loving the journey. It’s not a race. It’s an adventure!!

Hi, Sharon. Great to see you  and follow you along your path while you are thinking out loud. Yes, it was a little long, but I wanted to hear what you are going to do. The idea of using your surroundings sounds very good. Carers do not always take care of themselves, great central point. Do you have a name for your course? Keep us posted and keep working a little every day? Greetings Anneke

You have given me this idea, should I use the beautiful city of Amsterdam, and my labradoodle in my videos?

    Thanks Anneke,

That would be a lovely idea to use the beautiful city of Amsterdam and your Labradoodle in your videos. I love the idea of exploring your surroundings with you and getting a better picture of where you are and what inspires your work. I haven’t visited Amsterdam, although I’d love to. It looks such a beautiful place! We can visit it virtually through your videos, that would be really engaging.

Great video!! I know how you feel, it can be overwhelming at times. There is a great community here though that are willing to help if you just ask. Your course sounds pretty cool. I like the idea of doing live videos instead of using the green screen. Interested to see what you create.

I love your video so much.  Thanks for sharing some of the struggles you’ve been going through, I can definitely relate.

I really love the idea of helping people who help others, I agree that self love can be a challenge for those who are so focused on helping others.

I’ll definitely be buying your course when it comes out :).  The idea of an online retreat is really interesting.

Have you thought about including moms in your target market, I think people pretty much every mom could benefit from this course.

Thanks Bryan, for taking the time to comment and share your thoughts. You will be more than welcome on my course. Think we might need to do a swap as I love the idea of your course too.

Funny you should say about Mums. It was my other thought in terms of target audience. I’m basically writing it for myself. Lol I fit squarely in to both those categories so glad you mentioned it. I’ll think some more about that whilst I craft my lessons and storyboards.

More clarity on direction… Yay! Thank you

    Thanks Rodolfo,

This is definitely one of the best communities I’ve come across. Thanks for the reminder to ask for help and support, I’m not always good at doing that. Hence the course I’m writing, which I’m really writing with myself in mind as the ideal target audience. ; )

despite the overwhelm I’m giving myself a pat on the back for showing up and working through it.

Hey Sharron, How did you imbed your video on the page? I was trying with mine and could not figure out how to get it to work. Thanks

    Hi Chris,

I just uploaded it to YouTube and just copied the YouTube code and pasted it under my text on the page. The video then just appears.

I intend to use Vimeo I think for my course so don’t know whether it’s a similar process there, haven’t quite got that far yet.

    Hope it helps.

Aloha Sharon! Wonderful to meet you here! Your courses (both the journey and retreat) sound amazing, and I look forward to seeing some of the videos you create with the beautiful scenery you mentioned! I went to your site, and love the picture you have on your homepage. Is that from there too? It’s amazing to look at. I feel like I’m right there. Thank you so much for sharing and being on video! It’s so fun to actually ‘see’ everyone on the mountain. Happy to be climbing with you!!

Making some ranger check in’s @sharon to all the amazing adventurers that have offerings the world is hungry for! Of course, I also support bringing others into nature and as long as there is a good lighting it would support the feel you seem to be going for. I want to hear more of how your work with kinesiology, and focus on mindset is going to be integrated into your course. We been missing you around the campfires and sure would love to catch up on the progress you’ve been making, or help with any motivation or ideas to help fuel forward hike to launch summit!
