Since I’m working my way back through the journaling exercises and checklists, I decided to finally share my “guilty pleasures” that are dropping the guilty part!
– writing; fiction and non-fiction
– milling, 3D printing, electronics projects
– art! playing/creating music, drawing, 3D modeling/animation
– daily ritual: CST, taiji, breath, ancient child?, Anxin meditation?
And I was able to sneak in some time working on the CNC mill platform recently and do it with relish! I’ve got some more time scheduled for that tomorrow.
I’m still dialing in a daily ritual and how to enable a morning ritual with better “sleep hygiene” starting the night before. I’m transitioning out of a “season of stress” and shaking that off as a first step. And keep reminding myself that *something* is better than *nothing* so I’m off to swing my clubbell for a few rounds!
