    Thanks for the update @bobbiejo

That’s really exciting to hear you’ll get the chance to speak first thing next school year. Congratulations on that. Perhaps you need to have a “youth-focused” meditation program by then  😉

    Perhaps a “teacher-focused” program too   😉

I guess you shal see where the currents take you.

Way to keep on creating, learning, growing, pushing through and having fun. Your positivity lights up the mountain.

Holy seashells! It’s been a while since I checked in here. I’ve been a bit quiet on the mountain lately. But still creating.

I took the whole Memorial Day weekend here to stay home and create. I had some massive productivity. (I always seem to be able to create a lot when alone.)

I’m pretty much at my self made deadline for the course launch, except for the tiny problem with upload speed here. My plan is to spend a day at a coffee shop with better internet to be able to upload the whole thing.

Tomorrow I leave for a cabin getaway in Minnesota, so will plan to get back to work as soon as I return. I’m done working at the school now (Summer!! Woohooo!!!) so will have a lot more time to dedicate, which makes my heart soooooo happy!!!!

I plan to get back to campfires and sing-a-long songs when I return! I look forward to catching up with y’all more then!

Oceans of Love and Fun Creating!!

    @bobbiejo.

I just read every post in this Progress Log. Phew! You are one busy lady.

I am glad I read them especially when you talk about “being in your head” as that is what I have definitely been over the last few weeks…..needing to “know” rather than let the process unfold.

You are an inspiration. Enjoy your well earned reat and I look forward to seeing more of your journey.

@cathy Thank you so much! I’m glad you got something out of reading it. It’s fun to go back and see the process unfolding. Yes, being in the head is a big one! It’s a place I find myself often. My last newsletter even talked about ‘getting out of the know and into the flow,’ haha! Here’s to letting our processes unfold, and enJOYing the journey! <3

Holy Seashells! I just uploaded my chakra course!!! Explore the Seven C’s: An Inner Ocean Chakra Journey

I’m going to have a few people I know review it for feedback and fine tuning first before I actually publish it. @bradleytmorris I did enroll you as well if you’d like to take a look.

Other than that things are going well. I’m an ambassador for the Blue Mind movement which is great! I look forward to contributing to it more, as it really is a BIG part of who I am and what I do.

I’ve got more to share and gather feedback on… so will be back to post more soon and contribute to more campfires. Sure do love this mountain and the family of climber we have!!!! Oceans of Love to all! <3

P.S. If anyone else wants to DIVE IN and be a Blue Mind Ambassador, celebrating water this Summer during 100 Days of Blue, you can see a little more here, and email to: BlueMindLife@gmail.com if you want to sign up. 🙂 Reach out if you have any Q’s (it’s totally free- just about spreading the conversation about water and it’s positive effects on our lives.).

    Way to go BJ!

Where’s the link to your chakra journey?
Can you post a video and audio here so people don’t have to sign up to offer a review and feedback?

Stoked to check it out and see you surf the wave.

Thank you @bradleytmorris !!! It is in my Teachable school. I automatically enrolled you (people have to be enrolled in my school for me to give them behind the scene access). I can see if I can upload a few files here. I had to go to the coffee shop to use wifi to upload them as our internet is too slow. I’ll ‘sea’ what I can do!! 🙂 Until then, if you log into my school you can see the whole thing.

Can you post the school link again for everyone (including myself)?

    You bet! It’s: https://kapakai.teachable.com/

The course doesn’t show up there (as it is unpublished). However, once you ‘log in’ to the school  you will see it in ‘your courses.’

So I got some feedback on my course and I’m SUPER excited!!! Going to make a few additions and updates so the release will take a little longer, but it will be well worth it! I’m starting to really ‘sea’ all of who I am and what I offer. My friend who took it had someone approach her after saying they were looking for a class like mine (without knowing I made one or that she took it!!), so that is very exciting!! Got to love the messages and signs from above (thank you!!!).

Also, the course is working me! I’m learning and seeing positive changes within myself from doing the work myself!

I’m taking action on another download I got a while back (it’s funny how I always think about them, then out of fear or something stop them- but they always come back, so I’m learning to listen and just DO IT and trust)…. I’m going to offer a summer sunrise series of guided meditations on the beach here (for free).

You don’t learn unless you do. I’ve spent sooOoo much time in my head, thinking, perfecting, over-thinking, questioning, stopping, avoiding, wondering, creating, thinking some more, questioning some more, talking myself out of things, taking myself into things, talking myself back out of things… haha!!! SO now it’s about action. Imperfect, beautiful action, coming from the heart with the best of intentions, knowing it will guide me and grow me.

So I’m DIVING IN. I’m DOING. I’m LIVING. A little shaky at times. A little scared at times. But you don’t learn to swim on the shore, you have to get IN the water.

(A little advice for myself for each time I come back to read this.. haha!)

Oceans of Love and DIVING in to all you great adventurers! We CAN do it! Breathe and Believe. Breathe and Believe.  and have FUN!!!

@bobbiejo, I’m so stoked for your feedback with your chakra course. Is it a paid one?! Did you make your first sales?

Also loving the sunrise meditations. Now are those at the virtual beach or are you offering those in your community?

So stoked for all your courage and progress. You’ve come far.

Thank you, @bradleytmorris !! It was free for feedback- my mountain buddy went through it. 😀 As for the sunrise meditations they are in my community on the beach- got to keep prying myself out of my shell. 😉

Checking in! I’m still here. 😀 Still slooOowly working on my course updates. I’m in that resistance phase again which I’m looking at. I need to write some more things to add, and record them…. which in reality is not that hard, but my ‘perfectionist’ or whatever it is, steps in before I even start with all those thoughts of, well $#!t.. I can’t even put it into words, ha! So I need to give myself a schedule and a deadline to push through again, otherwise I will likely sit here much too long!

Other than that, I took the plunge and am in Tad’s course to spiral in more deeply on my niche! I’m excited, as I feel there’s just something missing… and I’m hoping this journey will help me to see it more clearly. I read his book over this past holiday weekend and I felt soOo much (laughed, cried, sighed relief)… I learned a lot! (Thank you for the referral Brad & Andy!!)

I’m having a little trouble focusing right now as I just got braces yesterday, and holy mother of pearl- do they hurt!

Going to swim off and do a meditation (probably listen to one of yours Bradley!!!) to get back into a pain free calm chill state. Then likely get my seastuff scheduled!!

Thanks for the update @bobbiejo. Let us know your scheduled commitments once you get clear. Happy to support you in anyway we can. You’re doing awesome work!!

Take it easy on yourself too. Your body may just need to rest, relax and recharge after getting your braces put in.
