Hi everyone, my name is Ruth.
I create and train within the care sector. I specialise in care within care homes and community care, but am a train the trainer in various other fields.
Why I signed up for The Great eCourse Adventure because I am looking for ways to engage staff and encourage them to enjoy coming back for more knowledge.
My initial plan is adapt current courses with this eCourse to assist training in:- General mandatory care
- Lifestyle coordinator training
- Weight loss

Welcome to the mountain Johnathan.
I am now at the stage of designing my individual lessons. In the end I chose a subject I am very familiar with and one that is greatly overlooked with the care home sector. Activity/lifestyle training alongside environment design.
