“Journey Mapping 101” was extremely useful in helping me clarify both the scope and sequence of what to do.  It’s such a great way to break down the stages of development and how one stage feeds into the next.

I can still see there will be a lot of work, but it feels far less overwheliming having this overview of the priorities and what needs to happen first.  I can also see a natural progression of building a client base.
