I’m really loving the interactive elements of this course, it’s giving me so many creative ideas! You guys work great together @bradleytmorris and @andyfreist. I just watched the second mapora meadows video about journey mapping and I’m curious about some possible levels of engagement to take people through. You mentioned a 12 month coaching program, can you go through some other examples of possible levels? Are those coaching programs typically one on one? And how does that fit into the passive income model? I’d love a more specific breakdown of examples of different offerings you and others have given, and some more details, price points, etc. Thanks!January 21, 2016 at 11:55 am #12431
Hi Sarah, so stoked you’re feeling the inspiration and creativity from the process. Our evil plan is working!
YES, so answering that question is challenging because it ultimately depends on what ‘industry’ or line of work you’re in, what form of transformation you’re offering, what type of services you’re most inspired to offer, etc…
An example of my funnel is:
FREE Newsletter, articles, videos, etc…
$21-97 (sliding scale) 21 Day Meditation eCourse
$40-291 (sliding scale) 40 Day Vision Quest eCourse
$147-499 (2 options) Life Alignment Process
$299 usd The Great eCourse Adventure (which will eventually go up to the $797-1,000 range)
$1000-5000 Private Coaching Retreats (daylong to week-long)
12-Month Coaching Packages $10,000 (usually for full lifestyle or business transformation.
It’s taken me years of working at it to have my “Mountain” be like this.
There are so many wonderful ways you can amp up the value and increase the price. Given that you’re in Hawaii (right?), offering baby-Mama retreats could be a higher price point offering. Or perhaps a 12-month Mama Mastermind Circle. Things like that.
I guess my questions are:
1) What other services are you presently or soon-to-be offering mamas?
2) Where on your “Mountain” will your eCourse go?
3) What are some other offerings that you’d be stoked to dream up that you could offer over the next 6 months to 2 years that would build upon your eCourses?
Don’t worry about the passive income element yet. What we’ve created here with the Great eCourse Adventure is far from passive income at this stage of the game. However, it’s more fun and fulfilling than any of the other eCourses or services we’ve ever offered. So build things you’re passionate about and love and as you build them, you’ll create the systems as you go to make them more hands off over time 🙂
Does that help?January 21, 2016 at 12:19 pm #12438
Argh I know this isn’t my question but I found it ridiculously helpful!! Thanks!January 21, 2016 at 1:03 pm #12452

You example funnel and the questions to help us figure out how to create our own mountain 🙂January 21, 2016 at 9:41 pm #12580
Awesome info, thanks!
Yes my ultimate peak mountain experience looks something like one year of coaching, new moon and full moon, with a week long mama child personal retreat all included transformation immersion in kauai, this is geared at the high powered clients and would be 20-30,000 for the year program. I see it happening beginning next year. Glad you picked up on that plan, you’ve got strong mind feelers friend! Also glad to see it fits within the framework of the mountain. Yes inspiration is pouring in, clarity too 😉 Mahalo for your support! You guys are working hard, thank you!January 22, 2016 at 5:54 am #12590
Thanks for sharing the Funnel @BradleyT and great discussion everyone else. This is great stuff to understand and contemplate.January 22, 2016 at 8:56 pm #12686
I appreciate how specific your questions are Sarah and the detail in your answers Bradley.
I had a funnel plan when I first started out on my solo business journey 4 years ago, and after some hard set backs and crazy landslides on my ‘mountain’ i let it all fall into oblivion. It’s taken awhile to pull myself up out of the rubble, start the up my mountain again and reboot my plan. SO happy to have a get-it-done buddy, an awesome team and hearty sherpas this time around on the journey.January 24, 2016 at 6:46 pm #13140
