In April, I will do everything to take this challenge “Script and Storyboard.” and write my 16 lessons in April to my eCourse called Stress News.

Back in February, I made the challenge “The Daily Writing.” It was the first time in my life, where I started to write a manuscript. I’ve never been good to write a script. The background is that when I went to school. I was dyslexic (word-blind) and had difficulty with spelling the words. So I need a lot more time to find spelling mistakes than other people. I often first notice the wrong words after many readings. I have found out that when I get a robot to read my text, I much better can hear my spelling mistakes.

At school, I was also awful in English because I was dyslexic. But today I am much better because I have seen many tutorials on the Internet with all the programs I love to learn. I had now decided that my eCourse also should be in English because it’s a right way for me to learn more English. And my eCourse will even reach more people when I made it in English instead of Danish. I have found an excellent online program that will help me to fix many of the mistakes I will make. The Programmed I will use is “Grammarly Premium,” which helps me a lot. I also use a program called Hemingway Editor, who helps me to make the text more simple to understand. It helps me a lot because I normally make sentences long and complicated.

If you see words that are spelling wrong, you are welcome to let me know.

I am looking forward to this challenge, which is the hardest of them all for me. But I know that only by doing this challenge can I be better to this!

Tomorrow I will try to finish my first lesson in English – and put it up here – wish me luck.

    See you 🙂

Script to Chapter 1.1. The background for the course:

Welcome to Stress News. My name is Samantha Emerson, and my colleague is Peter Easton.
Today, we have Bobby in the studio, he has made this eCourse, and he has called it Stress News.
First, let us hear where do you come from Bobby?
I come from Denmark, and I live in Copenhagen.
Why did you make this eCourse?
A few years ago, I went down with stress, and at that time I discovered that I knew too little about stress. And it takes me a lot of time before I have learned all I need.
So this eCourse is about what you learn on that time?
    Yes, it is.
Why did you make this eCourse in English, when you live in Denmark and speak Danish?
I have made this eCourse in English; so more people can learn about stress. And what they can do if they have too much stress in their daily life.
Who can enjoy this course about stress?
All who want to get less stress in their daily life.
Did it take a long time to get less stressed?
It depends on how much stress there is. I will say that it takes from two to six months.
Did you think that you could go down with stress in the future?
Not now when I know all the stress signals and what I should do when I am too stressed.
Are you trained to work with stress?
No, I am not a Stress Coach or Psychologist. But I have experience with extreme stress and found my way through the labyrinth of stress.
    Why is the course free?
The course is free because it is my first eCourse.
Did there later comes other eCourses from you?
    Yes, there do.
How can they hear about your next eCourse?
They can send me a mail on mail@mail.com. So they get a mail when my next eCourse arrive.
Why do you use 2D characters like you and me?
I believe that it is easier to learn what we need if it is not so boring.
We are looking forward to seeing it.
    Yes, me too.
Here at last Bobby do you have any questions for those who follow Stress News today?
    Yes, I have a question:
Do you know what you can do, to get less stressed in your daily life?
If you cannot answer yes to this question, this eCourse is for you.
Thanks, Bobby, nice to meet you.
Samantha, can you tell us about the next broadcast tomorrow?
Tomorrow, we will present you to all the people we will be interviewing in Stress News about stress.
See you all tomorrow on Stress News.

Script to Chapter 1.2. Presentation of the entire course:

Welcome to Stress News. My name is Samantha Emerson, and my colleague is Peter Easton.
Today we will introduce you for the people we talk within Stress News in the next 15 broadcasts.
First, we will speak with the Stress teacher Sarah Anderson.
Sarah, can you give us a short introduction to the four broadcasts where we meet you?
I will talk about why stress occurs, and I will show a simple model to illustrate that. After that, I will talk about, what we must remember to do when we have too much stress. In the last three broadcasts, I will talk about the three different stress level? When we know our stress level, it is much easier for us to see if we must do something about our stress.
    Thank you, Sarah Anderson.
We will look forward to it. See you.
    Yes, me too.
After four days with Sarah Anderson, we will talk to Stress Coach Natalie Frost in 3 broadcasts.
Natalie, can you give us a short introduction to the three broadcasts where we meet you?
I will look at the most important choices we can make when we want to be less stressed. If we take these choices, we will reach our goal faster.
Thank you, Natalie Frost, it sounds interesting.
We will look forward to it. See you.
    Yes, me too.
At last, we will see Energy adviser Jonathan Harper.
Jonathan, can you give us a short introduction to the six broadcasts where we meet you?
I will look at how we can get more energy in our life. In the first three broadcasts, I will look at how we can get better sleep in three different ways. After that, we see on deeper breathing, which is the primary key to get less stress, and more energy. The last day we will look how we can be better to do the things we like to do. All the things we look at can give more energy. It makes it easier to get our goal to be less stressed when we have enough power.
Thank you, Jonathan Harper, it sounds exciting. I am sure that I could use some more energy in my daily life. What about you Peter? Yes, me too.
We will look forward to it. See you
    Yes, me too.
Samantha, can you tell us about our next broadcast tomorrow?

Script to Chapter 2.1. Why Does Stress Occur? (Next script came on Saturday)

Welcome to Stress News. My name is Samantha Emerson, and my colleague is Peter Easton.
Today we have Stress teacher: Sarah Anderson in the studio. She will go through a simple stress model, so we better can understand why stress occurs.
Sarah, can you tell me about the background for this simple model?
Yes, I would like to. As a Stress teacher, I am Interested in why does stress occur, and what we can do when we are too stressed?
Tell me a little more about this simple model?
It consists of 3 activity levels we experience in our daily life.
    The three levels are:
    • The relaxing.
    • The standard.
    • The intense.
    How is the relaxing level?
The relaxing level is the level we are when we go on holiday or relax in the weekend. We have some calm and relaxing activities. The relaxing level is an excellent place to be when we need to build our energy up and want to be less stressed.
So we need some time in the relaxing level when we have stress?
Yes, when we have stress, we need some time at the relaxing level.
Is the relaxing level the key when we want to be less stressed?
    Yes exactly.
    How is the standard level?
The standard level is the level where we can be the most of the time without stress. On this level, we can work in many hours, and we consume not more energy than we have. In other words, we are in a place in our lives where we have good power and feel it is nice to do the things we do.
    How is the intense level?
When we are on the intense level, we are doing the largest we can do. We get a lot of work on our hand, and it can also give us great personal satisfaction. And I am sure that our employers are happy because we work so hard. But the problem is that we spend much more energy than we have.
So it is important to remember to come down to the relaxing level after we have been on the intense level?
    Yes, it is.
But if we forget it, will our stress increase?
Yes, our stress increase when forget to be in the relaxed level after we have been to long time in the intense level.
Thank you, this is an excellent pure model for why stress is coming up and what we can do about it.
Sarah, do you have any questions for those who follow Stress News today?
    I have a question:
Which one of these levels are you on the most of the time?
Sarah, what will we talk about tomorrow?
I will talk about the green stress level. This level is the first of three levels.
Why is it so important to know about these levels?
When we know our stress level, it is easier to see if we must do something with our stress.
    Thank you, Sarah Anderson.
See you all tomorrow on the Stress News.

Script to Chapter 2.2. Intro to the green stress level.

Welcome to Stress News. My name is Samantha Emerson, and my colleague is Peter Easton.
Today, we have Stress teacher: Sarah Anderson in the studio. She will talk about the first of the three-level, the green level.
Sarah, why is it so important that we learn something about these stress levels?
Let me use a metaphor to illustrate that. When we are driving a car we are looking at the speedometer, so we can see if we are driving too fast.
When we know these stress levels, we will have our inner speedometer. And so we can see if we are drawing to fast in our own life.
Can we avoid stress in the world we live?
No, we live in a world where we must be more and more effective year after year. So stress is part of our daily lives, and we cannot change that, but we can change the way we react to the stress.
Why have the stress levels we talk about today the green color?
I take the green color from a traffic light. We all know when the traffic light is green; we can pass the street without problems.
So we can say, when we are in the green stress level, are our life as it should be.
    Yes, exactly.
How are we, when we are in the green stress level?
We have more energy in our daily lives than we consume. We felt us more positive and filled up with enthusiasm. We have easy to do new things; even they can be difficult or challenging.
So when we are in the green level, we can handle the challenges there are?
    Yes.
Do we not experience stress when we are in the green level?
Yes, we do, but we are not so affected by the stress that came to us when we have enough energy.
Are there any unique characteristics when people have enough energy?
Yes, they have a right overview; they are also not overwhelmed by what happens them in their life. They often see the solutions to problems there are. They are also very positive and happy, and they are glad for the life they live.
It sounds like an excellent level to live?
Yes, that is the level we all want to live too.
Are there other characteristics of people in the green level?
Yes, people in the green level sleep well. So they wake up in the morning and fill rested and are full of energy.
What is the reason for they sleep so well?
People in the green level are not so worried about what happened in their life. They have an inner belief that they always can handle what came to them.
Is it necessary to do something with the stress we experience when we are in the green level?
As long as we are in the green level, it is not necessary to do more than we already do.
Sarah, do you have any questions for those who follow Stress News today?
    Yes, I have:
My questions today, are you in the green stress level?
Sarah, what are you going to tell us tomorrow?
I will tell about the yellow stress level, which is the second of the three levels.
    Thank you, Sarah Anderson.
See you all tomorrow in the Stress News.

Script to Chapter 2.3. Intro to the yellow stress level.

Welcome to Stress News. My name is Samantha Emerson, and my colleague is Peter Easton.
Today we have Stress teacher: Sarah Anderson in the studio. She will talk about the second level, the yellow.
Sarah, what is the reason that you have given this stress level, the yellow color?
I take the yellow color from a traffic light. When it is yellow, we will start to take care of our self. It is the same that happened when we are in the yellow stress level.
How do we know if we are in the yellow level?
We are in the yellow level when we experience more and more stress and consume more energy than we save up.
Can the stress at the yellow level disappear again?
No, it cannot. We have to do something with our stress before we can get a more stress-free life again.
So we must do something with our stress when we are in the yellow level?
    Yes.
Can we say that we have low energy at this level?
    Yes, we can.
What is the characteristic when we have low energy?
We felt us tired and stressed, and have difficult to reach all the things we must do. We are also sicker than we are at the green level.
It does not sound nice to have low energy?
No, low energy is very unpleasant, so we need to do something about it. Because this problem does not solve itself, and no one comes and fixes it for us.
How about sleep when we are in the yellow level?
As we get more stressed and worried, we also begin to sleep worse. We begin to start our day with less energy. We are too tired, and that is a dreadful beginning to a hard day’s work.
Can we say that if we often have a dreadful night’s sleep, is it a significant warning signal?
Yes, it is. If we do not do anything, we risk to burning out, and so we end at the last level, the red level.
So, if we resume; the yellow stress level is the level where we spend more energy than we save up. And we are more and more stressed, and we are feeling less energy?
    Yes, that is correct.
Sarah, do you have any questions for those who follow Stress News today?
    Yes, I have two questions:
Are you in the yellow stress level often?
Sarah, what are you going to tell us tomorrow?
Tomorrow I will tell about the red level, which is the last of the three stress levels.
    Thank you, Sarah Anderson.
See you all tomorrow on the Stress News.

    Evaluating week 14:

I have now translated 31% of my lessons into English, the first week of April.

I know it’s not perfect, but I also know that these script in English are the best I’ve ever had made 🙂

It helps me a lot to find a lot of mistakes when a robot read it so that I can hear many of my mistakes. I also have two good programs that correct my many mistakes, so my texts will be much better.

I’m glad I’ve started this challenge because it teaches me what I need to learn.

Thanks, GEA – For your support – Have a good week 🙂
