I love to use Trello as a free tool, so I can planning when I shall do my tasks.

Special I like that I can mark the task I have used, and see how many % of at the whole task I have made.

That helps me on the TASK SWAMP.

See the print screen, maybe it can help you too?

I have never used Trello myself @xbobby but I am encouraged at giving it a go because you have found it so useful.

I have smiled knowingly whilst reading your updates there – especially the bit where you talk about doing all the same things in one go, despite it being boring. I found this too when i did my videos. There was a part of me that wanted to move on to the rest of the things to complete in each module after I had done the video for it, because as you say, you do start to get bored, but I found the same as you. If you keep on with the same task it is so much quicker and easier.

We are all on a learning curve and finding ways to make those curves not so bumpy can be frustrating but also bring us huge rewards. Well done for sharing because that little insight can help so many!

@saramccann Fantastic that you have the same process, that the boring way is the fastest 🙂

I like Trello because it gives me containers to my many different tasks and I can check out when I have done a task, and see how many % I have made of a task as I talk about earlier. You can also link to a special task in Trello from your PC. That is fantastic when I did long-term planning in an Excel ark, so I only shall click on the link in Excel, and so I am inside a specific task in Tello. That is a cool feature which normally cost a lot, in the professional plannings programs.

One of the things that helps me to do the things faster is a Mind-map, which gives me a structure my brain easy can remember, and when I click on a lesson, I come to a Word document I have written about that lesson. It is a cool feature that helps me a lot.

To that I use iMindMap Ultimate, it is expensive, but also the best. But there are many free Mind-map programs that can do some of the same things.

Now is all my rough audio files finished, What work with a minimum of three characters in every video – but now it is okay. So I can begin to make all the rough video scenes, so they are ready when I shall make one lesson per day in the last weekend. I will use the next week to that job, and after that, I shall find a faster way to make better transitions between my scenes.

Now is all the rough video cuts okay, and I have found the best way to cut them so that I can use them on a faster way with the transitions I shall do the next week. I will find some better and faster transition, that looks better to the eCourse. I will also look at how I can make the slideshow I will use. So it will be an interesting week.

The four video lesson on YouTube will I make the 26 to 30 July. It will be interesting how it works and about it is possible to make one lesson per day when I normally use 3 to 4 days.

I love the challenges and the process and to see what comes out at the second end 🙂

That is a challenge! – to go from a lesson taking 3-4 days to complete, and condensing it to only 1. But if anyone can do it you can @xbobby!

You are getting faster and better every day.

@saramccann I think it is a good way to be better, to think how can I do the things faster, because every time I do that I get more time to the creative stuff I love 🙂

So I have done all my transitions to all my lessons on Stress News. It was a bigger challenge than I first thought because there are many combinations between the different scenes and different characters in Stress News, but I lean to make a template, and so I only should change the pictures.

On Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday at the next week I will try to make four videos in four days. I think it is possible to do that, but I will first make lesson one and three, one time more, so I get some more routine on the new way I know shall work now because I now also have the transitions.

The last thing I am missing is all my slideshows and sites with bullets. There are so many, so it is not possible to do that to them before the 1. August. So, therefore, I will make them in whole August.

In September I go crazy and make all my video finish in one month. And, so I still have one month to my deadline 1. November. So my plan seems still to work as I planned it in January.

Good going @xbobby! I am impressed at how you are learning to go faster, finding ways to improve your learning curve and still meeting your deadlines! You are an inspiration!

@saramccann Thanks – I believe when my planning is good it gives me extra time, and that time I invest in more creativity, and that gives me more energy and fun. When I am impatient I planning like hell, and my energy is going down, and my creative also – That is what the life has taught me. What is your experience?

Yes! I find exactly the same too! When I try to work under pressure or in fear, it is slow, awkward and frustrating, and definitely lacks creativity! Mindset (and organisation) is crucial to get the best out of my time for sure!

I’m glad I chose to do Lessons one and three again with the new things I had. Because there were lots of mistakes I had to fix. Tomorrow comes lesson 01 that I have made before. Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday I will then collect a lesson per day.

I can gather a lesson on a single day now, but together with all the tasks there are, I would say that I spend 2 to 2½ days in prostitution time.

But when I’m going to make my next eCourse, I’ll be able to do it faster because I know now exactly where I shall cut the audio and videos. It has probably been one of the biggest time trials, but it works well now, and I know what to do in the future.
I’m so glad I back up every single day. Because there have been a lot of problems the last week, which could easily be corrected with my backups. So I’m happy with that decision.

I am very pleased with my slideshow, it works well the way I do it, and it opens up to a whole world of exciting opportunities that I will investigate further.

Since I now have time left because my planning has worked so well, I want to create a 7-day trial version on VideoScript today, Because my bullets presentation does not look well. So I would like to try it out. The program is pretty expensive, but I will only use the next month for what I need it for, and so it’s not that expensive again.

I’m looking forward to learning YouTube tomorrow because I have not try to upload videos on YouTube before.

Here is my first video on YouTube 🙂

I have updated lesson one so there now is real human voices (not a robot as I started with) and there are some new transitions.

The next four days (from tomorrow) I had given me that challenges to made one video per day. I have made all the rough audio and video clip and the transitions, and the slideshows. My challenge is to see that I can put all that together on one day per video, so I have a finish video.

    Wish me luck 🙂
