I will make four videos on YouTube because that have I never tried that before.

I will make this four videos:
A Presentation of the Entire Course
Intro to the Green Stress Level
Intro to the Yellow Stress Level
Intro to the Red Stress Level

I will make this challenge more difficult, and therefore I will make all the four videos in week 30 because I will learn to make one video per Day, that is my goal. Right now it takes me 3 to 4 days. So I have to make my Working Procedure faster and better to reach that goal, and that I will work within in week 27, 28, 29.

    It will be fun 🙂

The deadline for Screw It is tomorrow. So I’m trying to get as much done as I can today. Those two births last week really put me back.

I wish you luck – you could ask Bradly for more time because of the Births last week – I am sure that he will give it to you.
Remember never give up – that is not one of your skills 🙂

I have been thinking about how I can come to my goal to make one lesson per day?

The first thing I will do is that I will have only one map called Stress News to my eCourse, where I can find all the files I need. I will also find a file structure, which will be the same for other eCourse in the future, so I always can find what I need so fast as possible.

I will also find a backup program, so I always have the backup of that work I have done, so I don’t miss it if my PC crash.

I can see that I also have taken all the possible mistakes I can, but the good thing is, that I will learn of my mistakes so that I can make better Working procedures in the future.

I think if I shall make one lesson per day then shall have all that I need to be ready for me on that day. So I will edit the audio files, and the rough cut of all the scenes, so I can make a clean Get Shit Done when the day to produce the lesson comes. The planning shall be perfect else it is not possible, so that will I work for the next three weeks.

Today I have finished my new file structure and buy a new backup program called EaseUS Todo Backup Home 10.6

I like the feeling that I now always can find what I need fast, and I also love that I have a daily backup of my work.

I know that real men don’t take backup, but I am sure that they cry quite often 🙂

I use numbers on my file structure, so my maps always be on the same place.

I have decided that on Sunday all my rough audio file should be finished, so I can begin to make all the rough video scenes finish, so they are ready when I shall make one lesson per day.

Ha! ‘Real men don’t back up but they cry quite often’ I LOVE it! And I would imagine that is very true! You are so funny.

I think organisation is crucial Bo! I got myself in quite a state last year because everything was all over the place and project files I had saved on my videos wouldn’t open because I had moved the files since creating them so I essentially had to start all over again in the creation of them . I would come up with ideas, remember I had come across a video or picture that would work with it and then spend the next 3 hours trying to find it! When you are busy trying to create an ecourse this is time you simply cannot afford to waste.

I now have separate files for everything and they are all labelled and within their own folders. I also have dropbox as my backup. Everything gets saved in dropbox and it is synced to my laptop so I have access to it from anywhere I am and I can tell you it makes life soo much easier! At the end of every month I do a clear out and clear up of my files to keep on top of organisation and make sure everything is exactly where it should be. It takes a lot less time than searching for a missing file I can tell you.

So I am thrilled to hear you have taken this step and I know it will help you an enormous amount!

YES – the organization is crucial. I think it is the place where I have lost most of my time, and be quite frustrated when I can find a file when I need, or can’t open it because of at Error message, which doesn’t tell me anything. So the organization is the way to go when we want to make things faster at better, and I don’t like to waste my time with stupid things if I can be free.

Good idea with Dropbox, what did it cost you to all the many videos you have?

I have got 1TB of storage with dropbox and it costs me £6.58 per month (roughly 9 U.S dollars) With dropbox you also have the ability to share certain files with people (as I do in my progress log)

I haven’t even used up a quarter of my 1TB of storage on there and I also file all my household paperwork, family photos and videos on there etc.

Now is all my rough audio files finished, What work with a minimum of three characters in every video – but now it is okay. So I can begin to make all the rough video scenes, so they are ready when I shall make one lesson per day in the last weekend. I will use the next week to that job, and after that, I shall find a faster way to make better transitions between my scenes.

Today I have finish all the lib Sync from Scene Audio in Character Animator. I have found out that it is much faster if I do all the same task in order. It is much more boring, but when I do the same again and again, but I can see I am about 20 % faster when I do it on the boring way!

To hold my focus on the boring task I use Brain.fm and their focus on music, so it is much easier to do the task. But it is hard to have so much focus, a whole day, so I take a Friday tomorrow 🙂 But I never think that I could have taken all that task I have done today, on one day. Tuesday I begin to the rough cut for all the scenes to all my video.

One thing I have vast a lots of time is that I should open many documents, again and again, but I find a way that works with them for me so I could see four document at the same time, and it makes my workaround much faster. See the print screen below.

Yes, and it is because I love the whole process, and find new ways to do the thing we normally do, and also see how I can do the boring thing faster, so I get more time to all the fun and creative things I also love to do.
