Thanks guys – I finally got through the biggest issues with my course/ideas/vision – the whole “who is your ideal client” part. Its always been a stumbling block for me, for some reason, every time people ask that question or I read about how important it is, I just shrink away or get a blank mind of “I JUST DONT KNOW” and a sort of sinking feeling. It’s usually then I give up, or start a self doubt lecture.
Anyway I don’t know if it is the Wizard or the fact Jeff and I desperately want to get to the next Level – but I did it! I have a genuine trust that you know what you are doing and I should “trust the steps” and actually give things a try and not just give up or skip over steps. I think I was scared I wouldnt be able to get clear and have to give up.
While I was writing on the task today – I got a big flash of insight. A key characteristic of the people I serve are – those with a Rebellious heart/spirit. They struggle against the system or being put into dogmatic rules/structures.
There are two rough groups – those who have ALREADY embraced the “Rebel Spirit” – but now so far ‘out’ don’t know how to reintegrate effectively without “selling out” — often the typical path is eventual self destruct possibly in blaze of glory
OR -those who have stuck in the system and fitted in but the Cracks are appearing and they are ready to BURN IT ALL TO THE GROUND in order to have what is really important – sometimes this destroys everything or causes unneccessary damage and hurt.
The reason why I love ALCHEMY and why I’m going to be incorporating it is because Alchemy has always been the Rebellious path – counter culture, banned, people making their own gold and maybe de-stablising the system… It has a draw to those who on some level want to mess about in ‘dark arts’ and make their own thing happen.
The challenge for those with Rebellious-Seeker characteristics is that we often end up destroying/rejecting things : Either Rejecting Self or Rejecting Society, or sometimes a mess of both. I will be helping to sort through the mess and turn it into Life Gold. The Alchemist-Rebel is someone who knows how to be effective in all worlds, not just retreat to the imagination or destroy themselves. People who have this spirit resonnate with this :
“We are those who are Willing to Say what is not Said, and Do what is Not Done – deliberately, carefully, effectively.” For lasting results and real life transformation.
No wonder why I feel at home in this community
February 10, 2016 at 6:11 pm #16435I love the idea of using alchemy! Such a rich symbolic tradition. And an alchemist-rebel? Ooooooh…
This line is awesome:
We are those who are Willing to Say what is not Said, and Do what is Not Done – deliberately, carefully, effectively.”
Especially the ‘deliberately, carefully, effectively’ bit. Something that often gets left out by crazy rebels who get caught up in dreaming and acting on impulse and out of emotion. Too many castles in the air without solid foundations. Says she who is great at air castles and not too hot on the concrete side of things 🙂

I think we are missing the 6pm one this week but should be able to make the one next wednesday from Bavaria ha 🙂
