1. Name: Andrea
2. What I Do (150 characters): Clients work with me to support them when they are feeling stuck or overwhelmed; or faced with decision making and change which is weighing on them; or through times of distress in relationships, career, parenting or life in general.
3. Kind of eCourse I’m excited to make (150 characters): A course that gives daily short (maximum 10 mins) motivators to help people find time to pause, be still and manage overwhelm. The course will ideally provide a daily audio, including a short meditation, a journal prompt (including options for art/creative expression), and wellness suggestions. It will probably run for 21-30 days and have daily inspirational quotes and/or images around 8 main inspirational themes to support clients to feel more motivated, grounded, and more energized. Ideally I would like to be collaborative and share resources from other wellness providers (e.g. nutrition, mindfulness, something physically active – all manageable suggestions, rather than adding more to people’s ToDo lists). The course will be very gentle and accepting of client’s caring and other roles, and work flexibly with the time they can find.
4. What I am looking for in an Adventure Buddy (150 characters): Ideally someone who understands my struggles with my initial excitement, followed by how other priorities (family/clients) that can get in the way and take me off track. as well as losing energy and headspace to follow through. Someone who can understand some of the obstacles but can help excite and motivate me and encourage me to take actions. Ideally my Buddy is more technically literate than I am, or one or two steps ahead of me. If not, someone who will work it out along side me.
5. If you really knew me, you’d know that(150 characters) …I love sharing knowledge and information. I can get stuck in the research, excited by all that is already out-there, but it can also make me second guess what I offer. I love my work, but miss the collaboration that comes with working with other people, where I can be challenged, develop new perspectives, and feel supported.January 4, 2016 at 10:01 am #6904

Thanks Bradley. I am carrying on with the lessons… enjoying leaving basecamp, and looking forward to setting my intentions and working out my Why 🙂January 6, 2016 at 6:52 pm #7394
Hi Andrea, I think we may be a good fit for buddies. I’m fairly technically literate, and not afraid or overwhelmed by looking for technical info or advice. And I’m really good at keeping other people on target and helping them stay motivated. I think we can mutually help each other get up this mountain!January 8, 2016 at 6:17 pm #7852
Hi JoAnne… would love to buddy with you… are you still free?January 10, 2016 at 6:15 pm #8444
Thank you for your kind words on my buddy hunt post.
I feel really drawn and intrigued by your post. Like you, I tend to waiver and get off course. I feel like I could learn a great deal from you and your coming ecourse.
If you are still looking for a buddy… would you want to be mine?January 10, 2016 at 6:29 pm #8454
I would be delighted to be your buddy 🙂 I’m really enthused by your ecourse ideas… and would love to share the mountain journey!
I need to check instructions to see what next steps are, and how we connect.

Hey buddy 🙂
I just checked, we both put TAKEN in our title then schedule our “Buddyhuddle” – a time we can check in with each other and connect and check it off our checkpoint.
