Brainstorm some creative ways that you can facilitate the transformation:

Meet resistance .Do something too long everyday, like writing 750 words, this is so much, that you start looking around, remeber the dishes, are bored. Just keep writing, I don’t know what to write etc. Something will come unexpectedly. Do this for a month.
Imitate, do a Tedtalk after seeing some inspirational Ted talks., and publish it in groups or on your facebook wall, or just here or your best friend, This is what I want to pressure myself to do, after seeing the video of Cristin, yesterday. Look at that video in her Hello from Cristin post, it is inspiring!
Buy a new Toy and start playing with it. Before I could afford a computer(yes a long time ago, when they were at least $2000) I could afford a fax machine. I used it for sending drawings, and it eneded up to be a 2 year long art program, where I would send my subscribers a fax every Friday afternoon, to make the bridge to the weekend, a drawing and a poem, or some wise words.
Send a message in a new form, like making an personal animated video greeting card for a colleague, an audio or a video message. Do something unexpected and see what the reactions are.

These are a few ideas about how to get students to do brave things.

I thought I wanted to make The Greatest eCourse on earth, but I think I will stick with Vision Quest….

Take a look anyways at my animation: We are going to change the world, starting with You!
