Why I signed up for The Great eCourse Adventure: I’m embarking on an amazing journey creating a Lifestyle programme with three fellow Coaches, designed for senior Leaders, that encompasses – Leadership Skills, Diet and Fitness Coaching and work on Mindset to achieve those Goals. (the mindset part is where I come in). I’ll be supporting people to let go of limiting beliefs using an amazing tool called PSYCH-K and also teaching mindfulness techniques for everyday support that participants can use themselves. It’s a year long, in person, high end programme that I’m writing a lot of material for so the idea is that I can create an e-course alongside with the material I am writing.

I love neuroscience and supporting people to harness their brain and their minds to achieve whatever their goals in life.

I’m excited to join you all on this journey and feel very aligned to the design of the Great eCourse Adventure.
