I’ve started using PopupAlly Pro for my signup forms on my website. Very impressed with the product and has resolved a lot of issues I was having in meeting CASL requirements. Also great for ActiveCampaign integration.

Thought I would pass along their other two plugin products ProgressAlly (gamification & rewards) and AccessAlly (membership site) as an alternative to investigate. I’ve not used either at this point, but ProgressAlly is creeping onto my radar for some cool functionality it brings to the sign up process.

If you want to explore further, check out AmbitionAlly. (disclosure: no affiliation)

    Awesome Lorraine 🙂

I’ve checked out all of those products and they look great. I haven’t personally been called to work with them, but I am sure they work wonders for many people. ProgressAlly and AccessAlly both have some interesting features that you don’t see very often (if at all).

My only gripe is that they promote ProgressAlly as a gamified LMS plugin, when the reality is that it doesn’t gamify your courses any more than any other LMS plugins because their idea of gamification is completion certificates. I may be missing something, but that’s one thing i noticed…

@andyfreist – I think they consider social sharing, quizzes, progress tracking, theming and tag integration to be part of gamification.

I ran across Nathalie through a 30 day challenge she was running before the *Ally branding. Their plugins seem solid, from a distance. Glad to hear you’re enjoying what you’ve been using!

Hi all, just found a great app for learndash / wordpress. To get gamification within your courses. H5P. With this tool you can create quizzes, hotspots, interactive video’s and games. and the great thing about it: its for free 😉

@lorraine, thanks for the heads-up about actionally. The features are cool. I wish the pricing was better though.

Just discovered a new plugin that combines the best of MyCred & BadgeOS:  GamiPress

Just diving in, but so far it has multiple point systems ( you can have points & currency at the same time), badges, Ranks / Levels, and a rewards system for people to purchase stuff with points earned.

    Worth a look for sure.

I was checking them out a week or so ago after @andyfreist stumbled upon them. They look awesome. How are you finding the technical side of the plugin?

GamiPress, so far, is easier to deal with than the 2 plugin approach. Now, mycred “might” have a bit more features regarding points and buying stuff. Still figuring this one out.
