Exercise: Go through all your milestones and write down a phrase or sentence describing what each

    Lesson Name/Number: 2. When She’s Sick

Lesson Purpose (key points): When a woman is not feeling well or is sick, she’s often looking to be comforted and taken care of, even if she says she’s not. She is looking for her burdens to be taken away for a while. This is not a situation she wants to be in. She’s disconnected from health due to overwhelm.

    Lesson Name/Number: 3. When She’s Sad

Lesson Purpose (key points): When a woman is sad she is really looking to be rescued by you. She is looking for a place to belong, find a soft place to land, and to be loved and comforted by you. She feels disconnected and is truly not herself. She’s looking to you to step up and take control of the situation.

Lesson Name/Number: 4. When She’s Mad About an Event

Lesson Purpose (key points): When a woman is angry over some event, she may be looking to be rescued from the situation. Something unpleasant and unexpected occurred. It’s not a space she wants to be in.

She’s still looking to be heard. She is not in total control of herself right now and may be secretly relying on you to step up and take control of the situation. She’s miffed. She probably just needs to vent to get it out of her system. She still needs you to be her hero.

Lesson Name/Number: 5. When She’s Mad at Someone Else

Lesson Purpose (key points): When a woman is angry at someone else, she’s looking to be rescued from herself and from the other person. Whether the other person is her sister, her friend, her mom, the neighbour or some driver who cut her off in traffic, this is not a place she wants to be for very long.

She’s looking for safety and to be heard by you. She’s not herself and is secretly hoping to rely on you to step up and take away or hear about her pain. She’s looking to vent and is in need of distraction or a sounding board. She’s not feeling in control and needs your strength of character. She needs her hero to rescue her from these angry feelings. She’s been disconnected from her world.

Call to Action: Gain a tool for your utility belt upon completion of journal entry

    Added Notes:

    Lesson Plan Template:

    Milestone Name/Number: 6

Lesson Name/Number: 6. When She’s Mad at You

Lesson Purpose (key points): To quote a friend, “Stepping up to connect with the angry woman [is] man’s most dangerous risk – being cut to shreds by a vicious tongue for nothing other than being there. It sucks – big time!! – resolve and love is a must.” Most women do not realize just how much of an affect they have on men. Many women feel helpless and feel they need to resort to act in ways they think makes them stronger and less vulnerable.

When a woman is angry at you, she’s often looking for equal footing with you. She is in reaction mode rather than proactive mode. She feels no connection to you at all. She’s looking to be rescued from herself and from you. This is not a place she wants to be in for very long. She’s trying to gain equal ground as she’s felt majorly slighted by you. She’s also looking to get her point across; the point being – we’ve been disconnected – reconnect. (There’s more)

How you’ll Deliver: Video, Avatar gains another super power and levels up again

Call to Action: Gain ability to play a video game where they get to utilize their utility belt equipment and defeat [something – a shadow man, fears, something to be defeated, blown up, etc.] upon completion of journal entry

Supporting Documents: PDF created for this purpose

    Added Notes:

    Lesson Plan Template:

    Milestone Name/Number: 7

Lesson Name/Number: 7. Summary and New call to action

Lesson Purpose (key points): Staying out of the dog house

How you’ll Deliver: Video, Avatar connects with a woman avatar – they embrace and have a romantic dinner, etc.

Call to Action: Sign up for a new course, buy the book, something else?

Supporting Documents: PDF created for this purpose, new course intro?
