I want my course to be therapeutic so the tone and vibe is going to be loving, supportive, and nurturing. As far as transformation, I want to create a 7 week course where each week represents a different chakra.

I’ll create a meditation for each chakra, starting with the root chakra, as well as engaging exercises that help people get in touch with issues they need to let go of.  These will include exercises that they can practice during their daily life.

With forgiveness I think it’s very important to have people incorporate the techniques into their daily lives. The meditations are definitely going to help with that but the key to engagement with my course is incorporating what the course teaches into their lives in easy, yet powerful, ways.  By doing this, they can continue to implement what the course teaches long after they have completed it.

I love this idea Bryan!! I have done similar work on myself to learn the lessons of each chakra with the intent of facilitating personal growth. Looking forward to hearing more:)

That’s amazing, I’ll definitely have some questions on what you learned as I start developing the content for the class.  Thanks for posting!
