    Back for another progress log.

I have finally finished Camp Medias and moved on to Technosis Temple!! Felt like I made that much more difficult than it needed to be. Well the modules themselves were not all that difficult, it was just the personal doubts and things of that nature that slowed me down.
I now have a much clearer vision of what I want to do and how the lessons and videos are going to look thanks to the outlines and story boards. I have my shoot schedule done now as well so those will soon start being produced.
I am excited to see what Technosis Temple has to offer as I have always been a tech nerd at heart haha.

RODO! Now that the birthday celebrations are over (which they’re never really over), send us a smoke signal. How you doing? What you been working on? How far up the mountain are you?

Thank you for checking. I am launching my Rodos Questions website this week. I have been working on that lately and it is pretty much ready to go. I feel like I am behind most people on this mountain as I am basically starting a business from scratch and need to build a list and all that.
Next I will be working on my free offering and landing page for the E course and then I will start filming my videos and creating a few pdfs that will go with my course.
I feel it all coming together and there is definitely a lot to do still.
I am also going to write a book called “The Balance Code” as well. I want the course and book to promote each other and help open new doors. The book will come after the course is done though as that is a lot of work too.
Thanks for checking in . See you on the mountain

Wow Rodo, this is all so awesome. Hopefully everything you’re learning with the GEA applies direct to your new biz. What an exciting year 2016 is shaping up to be. Do you have EVERY next step mapped out in a place you can see them so you can gamify your work flow?

You gonna launch for the new year?

Don’t worry about building your list yet. Build your platform and money making pieces. (the biz)

    The list will follow!

    Great Rodolfo!

Glad things are still chuggin’ along over there 🙂

I’m also excited to hear more about the book.. sounds intriguing!

Contrary to Brad’s advice, I think that building your list is a great idea. Now that said, don’t wait to get things created or “shipped” until you have a list. You don’t really need a list per-se before building a product, but you do need to be having conversations with potential customers and getting a clear picture of WHO you are serving and HOW you are serving them.

Building a list helps with this, because then you have a database of people who have a common interest who you can talk to and learn more about. And then when you build the thing, you already have potential customers ready to go.

I vote for the middle path – build your list and your product simultaneously.

Customer conversations are the most potent thing you could be doing at this point to gain the insights you need to move forward with more confidence.

Here’s an amazing resource on how to conduct powerful conversations: https://fizzle.co/sparkline/customer-interviews

Have you had any enlightening conversations with potential customers/audience members?

Thanks for the feedback Andy. Really appreciate it.
My free offering will be done this week and that will help with building my list. I have been having many conversations with people that could be potential customers and with audience members. I have also begun to talk to people that I could have joint ventures with as well.
I am very happy with where I am right now and the progress I have made. I know I haven’t been as active on the mountain lately but as I said before I am doing a lot behind the scenes and I recently made a plan to have this course finished by Nov 17. The day is a significant one for me and I have lots to do to get there. I feel I can achieve this and have the support to do it.
You guys will definitely be seeing more of me in the coming weeks.
Thanks again for checking in and for that link. I will check it out now.

Great to hear your progress Rodo. You must be pumped to see all the pieces coming together.

November 17th is a great goal to have the course completed. Let us know how we can support.

    GO TEAM!!!!

So I ended up using the November goal for my book instead. I wanted the first draft done by then. I got this done and now am almost done going through the edits for that.

I am now using the content of my book for the content of my course. I did finish the content for lesson 1 of my course last night as I said I would on this week’s webinar. Will be sharing more soon.

Atta boy Rodo! Way to push through and get more done than you committed to. That is fantastic. Look forward to seeing where you’re at with it all. Hope you’re having fun.
