Taking on others energies can be draining, discouraging, and confusing when we cant discern their origins or know what to do with them. Providing a system to diagnose, shift, and avoid taking on energies is empowering and crucial as a healer and emphatic person!

I am creating a course for healers, empaths, and people who are prone to grounding and supporting the burdens of others and the planet.

Having more energy and sense of energetic boundaries to thus be able to offer more without becoming depleted and drained.

Firstly teaching the 3 forms of energy that we can take on and going into the 3 family of tools that can be used. I will use mixed media via video, audio recordings, and a work book.
