Hey Buddy, in the last email that went out, I said NO challenge this month. Instead, I challenge people to rest, reflect, journal, set intentions, write down their lessons from this year and goals for next year. Monday, I am doing a planning session for the community at our coaching session to help people enter into a dreamy, inspired space for the remainder of this year.

This is not a time of year to push. It is a time of year to be receptive, listen and find stillness.

That is the challenge.
