    Hi,
It’s challenging to think in transformations and my contribution. I want to inspire by bringing light and pleasure in the learning. But also the reflection and itchie feelning that something in you wants/needs change. So how can my e-course deliver an experience in which transformation takes place?
I like the storyline idea. And i like babysteps. Somehow I want people to design there own goal and help them with breaking it down into babysteps. Support is essential. By groupmembers and the facilitator. So I visualise a path that comes up while we are going. We take a step and something new appears. Maybe a challenge, maybe a restpoint, maybe drawingtime. Maybe a meeting. Things like that.

Yes, this gets me going! Thanks

Looks like writing your ideas and thoughts out loud helps flush out the clarity @adekkers. It was fun seeing you solve your own questions in writing. Make your journal your friend. Ask it your questions or share your uncertainties and then get creative and solve them.

You’ve got some great puzzle pieces already and beautiful intentions. The way will be made clear.
