    I decided to modify the Act 1 video to better serve my purposes – something I could use as promotion piece for my course, possibly. I couldn’t resist. Besides, now we know what the Command looks like with clothes on. I plan to shot another one to practice the exercises as planned and for this challenge.

    Thanks @mars, I plan to shoot Act 2 video tonight, if possible. I was going to do it last night, but my camera man/help wasn’t available, and he has the better camera. All good fun. I’ll likely do the video as proposed in lesson, and not as the commander. Maybe I’ll do both if I have time, I am starting to really enjoy the Command character and allows me to be silly in a way I would’t otherwise. Can’t wait to see yours.

    I love this character @Stavido. He is great!!!

    Curious how many years or decades this character has been an alter ego of yours’?

    The funny part is that I just came up with him as I was creating this course. He was going to be this serious Nick Fury kind of guy, but with the May Challenge, well let’s just say he took on a whole new dimension. I must admit that I am serious enjoying this character. I can’t quite describe him yet, but there is something fun that just works with this character. Hope the rest of my characters come out as well.

    I have to reshoot Act 2 video. Didn’t get enough of my body in the shot, so I look like I’m 5 feet tall compared to Blair when I scale my video. I’m actually 6 foot.

    My video guy only had a few minutes to shoot last night, so it was a crap shoot at best. Have a wedding to go today, so I probably won’t get to it for a few days.

    I hear you @stavido I’ve been working long days and my time to shoot my video isn’t working with the timings of any of my children. But it will happen. Enjoy the wedding.

    Forgot to enter my progress along the way. The day job has been taking a lot of my time.  Re-shot Act 1 and Act 2 video (June 16) per the actual instructions.  Liked what I did with the Commander, but to get the most out of the GSM course, I felt it necessary to do the videos just as me.

    Took about about 20 minutes to shoot both videos. Took about 6 hours to edit Act 1 video to match Blair in the elevator. Posted the final video June 18.

    @mars, glad to help.

    I got about half way through Act 2 lessons and activities, before my day job beckoned me.  Still good progress. Have to balance that against keeping my Audio Nemesis course moving.  Just started using JIRA/Confluence to keep track of everything. Now I can track the stages of each lesson from Pre-Production –> Released.  And I can share these with my “team” – which is usually just me, but occasionally my videographer/ “social media guy”. Actually, I set this up so that we can more seamlessly work on this project asynchronously.  So, slowing down to speed up as they say.

    Love it @stavido. You are setting yourself up to build a booming biz. All of the steps you’re taking are foundational and critical! Looking forward to seeing your ACT II video when you get it up.
