My name is: Jennifer Summerfeldt
I facilitate transformational online programs for woowoo women AND my passion is that I help mothers have better birthing experiences and heal from previous traumatic childbirth experiences
Why I signed up for The Great eCourse Adventure: Because I have signed up for far too many other programs, AND I am ripe to re-create another online course called – Your Best Birth Bootcamp – and I am looking for support and something different that will help me take ti to the next level
What kind of e-course I want to create: As above
What makes me come most alive is: Inspirational cutting edge conversations; witnessing people heal and holding their stories and tears; great books; good food; and creating far too many online programsFebruary 24, 2017 at 6:03 am #35240

Welcome Jennifer. So happy to have you here around the campfire with us.
If “next level” is what you want, then “NEXT LEVEL” is what you shal create. We are so pumped to help you take your existing work and new ideas and craft them in a wonderful way that meets the needs of your students.
Having just had a baby less than a year ago and now having my life surrounded by new mommas and momma-to-be’s, I can see such a HUGE importance for the type of work you’re doing.
It’s great that you already have the experience of building online courses. That’s going to prove to be incredibly useful as you start to apply our philosophies and approaches.
Don’t ever hesitate to ask for support and feedback here. You’ve got plenty of adventurers (us included) who’ve got your back on this mountain adventure!February 24, 2017 at 6:44 am #35249

Woohoo and woowoo! 😉 Aloha and welcome Jennifer! You’re certain to create amazing transformational courses- with all your heart and passion and the inspiration and support here. Excited to climb with you! EnJOY the journey and sea you on the mountain. 😀February 24, 2017 at 7:18 am #35251
This is wonderful to hear. I was worried that my topic is too serious and that it would not be relatable to many. Although the topic is very serious, and the services I offer are about trauma recovery and deep grief, I want to make something that inspires mothers to not only heal from a previous traumatic childbirth but also, to feel empowered throughout their next childbirth experiences.February 24, 2017 at 7:19 am #35253
Hey Bobbie, your flower caught my eye earlier on 🙂
Sweet and thank you for the kind words of encouragement.
I look forward to getting to know new peeps around the campfire.February 26, 2017 at 12:35 am #35304
I honour the work you are doing so much! I had an unassisted wild and raw birth of my first daughter and wouldn’t have had such an epic amazing experience if I hadnt done alot of re-programming around familial fears, and my own. Everyones birth story shapes them so all you can do to support the next generation to have a great foundational head start the better.February 26, 2017 at 6:57 am #35316
This is wonderful. I too had an unassisted birth with my 3rd. It is wild and raw, and it has given me so much strength to continue on my journey.April 28, 2017 at 8:16 pm #39556
I have had 7 natural births (but all assisted by a midwife). I remember wanting a water birth for my first and I allowed others to talk me out of it. So there must have been a fear there somewhere, so I think your course will be much needed. And even though it is a serious topic, there are ways to present it so it doesn’t appear so heavy. I am certain that will be worked out as you travel on the mountain. Looking forward to your journey and connecting.

Great to meet you. It appears you might have been hesitant with this topic for this group…but you are already surrounded by great company. How wonderful to have so many women in this group relate already.
While I’ve never had any children of my own, I think your topic is very important. Even though our courses are vastly different, I think we might be able to encourage each other on serious topics, with a light or inspirational twist. I’m focusing on burnout individuals. And if you’ve been there….you don’t feel so lighthearted….in fact everything just feel like one big vat of suck. I think we really need people who can hold a “lighthearted/you can do this” space for us (when we are in that suck)…otherwise we fall into the “serious” bucket…and things get…well….so serious you don’t know how to get out. I hope that ramble just made sense….since you get woowoo…I am hoping you did.
We just did our intro video last night, Move Think Smile, we’ll see you along the trail! ~ Eléa (&Adam)May 2, 2017 at 2:35 pm #40013
Nice to meet you Elea, and thanks for commenting and connecting 🙂 I feel so supported by this community and I hope I give back.
Enjoy the journey,
