My whats and whys had been established some time ago. But the lesson on who and this lesson on the transformation have been very helpful and enlightening. I find myself looking forward to each lesson with a growing excitement.  I hope I am able to do this with my courses.

I will be able to use much of what I have already created (books, handouts, etc.), but I will be redoing all the videos. I will also have to make some ‘ambiance’ vids to build the theme concept. I am starting to see the finished course already; not fully developed in my mind yet, but it is coming. I haven’t had this much fun starting a business in years.

I love hearing that @Dean “I haven’t had this much fun starting a business in years.” That’s why we do what we do sir. Can’t wait to see where that fun and creativity leads!

I can’t wait either. That’s actually part of the fun. And I want to say, what you guys are doing here I also believe is actually groundbreaking. I am one of those who has bought courses and just couldn’t finish them.

I have actually created a course for this very idea I’m here working on and I just couldn’t put it out. It was too damned boring.

So a great big thanks to you and your team.

    1) WHAT is the eCourse all about that you’re inspired to create? Describe it.
This course will get folks to actually experience consciously making changes to their internal dialog, so they can know that it’s possible to do, and that they themselves can do it. It is ‘test-able’.
    2) Out of all the options, WHY are you most excited to create this eCourse? Explain.
Because this is what changed my life, my wife’s life and several others I have shown this to. I feel it can help many thousands of others too.
    3) Describe WHO you are creating this eCourse for. Describe them.
Those who feel frustrated and confused, who feel they are underachieving and know they can do better. Those who struggle with limiting beliefs and fears resulting in less than the best life they belief they could have. That was me.
    4) Describe the TRANSFORMATION or benefits they’ll receive by going through your eCourse.
They will move from a place of frustration and despair into a place of confidence and empowerment. They will know they can effect their own thoughts, feelings, and actions. And this is just the “Walk in the Park” course.
    5) Using your skills, tools and resources, HOW do you intend to facilitate the ultimate transformation? What’s the process you envision?
My course layout and syllabus will remain largely the same, but the GEA influence will be the guiding light throughout the course and the following courses as well.
    6) If your eCourse was a person, how would you describe its PERSONALITY or VIBES?
I’ve done it and I know you can too. I will show you step by step.
Hey people out there. I would love any feedback you may feel is helpful.

The necessary steps to the transformation I want to offer to others.

1-Awareness of, and the ability to observe, the opposing thoughts/voices within your head, that create negative emotions or limits/fears.
2-Ability to observe, select, and challenge the negative or limiting thoughts, and awareness that your subconscious will defend those thoughts with belief statements.
3-Ability to challenge those belief statements, and the awareness that your subconscious will defend those belief statements by bringing to your attention the source of those belief statements.
4-Ability to influence/alter the emotions attached to the sources of those belief statements.
5-The ability to change the meanings attached to the sources of those belief statements.
6-The ability to immediately test the changes made for confirmation.
These are the steps necessary, but the naming will have to wait until I’ve chosen a theme.

Great stuff here Dean. I’m excited to see you unpack more details as you climb a little higher. the vision is definitely coming together! I indeed think guided audios will be amazing tools for you to guide people to the insights you’re wanting them to discover.

Thank you again. I think you’re right about the guided visualizations. In my last iteration of this course, I talk them through each exercise, but not necessarily as a guided vis. I see the benefit to making it a more formal experience.

    Your Great Escape
finally    Breaking Free from your Past</p>
    1. How would you describe your eCourse’s personality?

Helpful, concerned, knowledgeable, fun, facing challenges and escaping (getting away)
by using available experienced help (mentors, guides-within the course)

    2. What is the symbology or the metaphors can you use in your eCourse?

great escape, prison, cells, walls, fences, warden, the mentors, keys to the cells,
but the essence is that everyone there (including the warden) thinks they’re helping

    3. Describe the culture you intend to build around your eCourse? What are the people like?

ambitious, friendly, helpful, caring, intelligent, free, forward thinking, goal oriented,

    4. How would you describe the visual representation for your eCourse (videos, website, pictures, etc)?

Not sure yet–focus on the interior (prison type stuff-where they’re stuck), or the outside (the freedom kind of thing-the final destination-after they break free). …or both ???     or maybe their prison transforms into their paradise as they are going through the process??? hmmmm….

This is very strange to me — to be working on something and not know where it is actually going.

Well Howdy there mr. @dean! Yer makin some real progress and I am mighty impressed. I have to agree that havin them formal guided visualizations seem like a fine idea. And I like where yer goin with that idea of a prison (dark, limited, cold, uncomfortable place) versus the opening to freedom (sunshine, open vast spaces, beauty) seems to be on the right track… just my two bits worth.
