Hi, Jo … I love the Yorkshire Dales. I was born in Yorkshire, raised in Canada, but did get to spend a wee bit of time in that area as a teenager. My Mum now lives a bit further north from you in Northumberland. Love your idea of foraging and using wild plants – many of the plants commonly called ‘weeds’, I’m sure fit into your program.
