Thanks for the kick in the butt about getting a daily ritual going. It’s just what I need. I plan to do 20 minutes of sitting meditation or a walking meditation every morning around 9 am before eating breakfast. The walking meditation is led by Erin Studland and includes affirmations about stepping into success. I plan to prepare for the meditations by writing my desire for the day, my doubts and fears about it, and positive affirmations to overcome fear.
