I treasure the quilts made my mother and grandmother. In this era of DIY and back to basic handcrafts and fibre arts, I see lots of potential for quilters as a market – and not just for women. Many of the active knitters and crocheters I know are men. 🙂

My daughter has some basic skills and refuses to let me teach her anything more. That’s another potential market.
