I love your intro! I am 50 next year and keep saying I need way more rowdy (but holistic rowdy!) in my life!

My sisters are nurses, and my mother-in-law just passed away over Thanksgiving so I know where you are coming from. My husband has been totally liberated after being the main caregiver (we had lots of elder care help too) for his mom over the past very rocky 2.5 year. Your work is very necessary for folks who are caregivers.

I also think about nurses and how from what I see the profession really taxes one’s health!
